good bag
The bag is light yet will protect your laptop. I have used this to transport my laptop on public transportation, and I've flown with it a few times. I can fit my laptop, a small text book, and a notebook (the kind with paper) in this, in addition to an assortment of cords, pens, pencils, adapters...

the strap is long enough to be worn over the bulkiest winter coat.

One random piece is my cats love this bag. after I get home and take my computer out, plug it in, then turn around, there is always a kitty curled up on it with an extremely peaceful expression.

Well made bag, but could be a bit bigger
First off this is a very nice bag. It is well made and comfortable to carry. Belkin may be a bit pricey but are usually good quality and this bag lives up to that standard. The padding is thick and it does protect your laptop.

My only knock on this bag is the size. It has almost no extra space at all. By the time I put my laptop, power supply, and mouse, in it there is no room for anything else that is not flat and thin. I wanted to stash a mini ( about the size of a pack of cigarettes ) wireless router in it, but oh well.

Much Better Than The Description
This laptop bag is way more than I bargained for. It has more than enough pockets for everything you need to carry with you and offers great protection for your laptop

Low cost but limited usability.
This is a usable bag if used for just a laptop and it's bare essentials. Not much space for anything else. It won't stand up on it's own either so lean it or lay it down. Considering it's price it's very adequate.

Nice budget bag
I bought this to transport my sister's laptop and was impressed when I got it. For the $20 it is definitely worth the buy...but if you looking for a heavy duty case you will have to fork out some more pesh. Overall it was well worth it.

Great Notebook Sleeve
Bought sleeve for 17" Dell Studio 17. Fits great with a little room to spare. Only wish it had an outside pocket for odds & ends.

Great Purchase
I'm very glad that I ordered this item. It was a bit pricey - however, it was impossible to find a notebook sleeve for a 17 inch laptop anywhere else, and I know that Belkin is a quality brand. This protects my new laptop and I have no worries about scratches, etc. My only gripe is the price, but considering how much the laptop cost, $30 is a small price to pay to protect an investment! I'd order Belkin products again and have recommended their notebook sleeves to friends and co-workers.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Very nice sleeve. The neoprene offers sufficient protection for your notebook. Although it does have a kind of funny smell. I wouldn't recommend getting the 15" for your 17" like someone else did. I don't know maybe it depends on the brand but I have a Toshiba, and the 17" fit my notebook just fine with a tad bit of room to spare. The only thing I can say is don't get this if you use a notebook bag, unless it's really big, because my notebook doesn't fit in my bag with the sleeve on. Other then that I would recommend this sleeve for anyone. Thanks.

Great case at a great price.
PROS: I purchased the Case Logic VNC-17 17" Slimline Lapttop Case for my new Dell laptop. This is a great case. It was not as heavy as I had assumed it would be. There is room for the power cord and my wireless mouse. I can also carry some documents. It is a great case for a small price. I would recommend this to anyone.

The best buy for such a great price!!!!!
Trust me, this amazing notebook case is one of the best on the web, and the price is probably the lowest you'll find anywhere. I bought it for a 16" hp notebook, and there were at least 2" to spare but that was not a problem because it has an adjustable pad inside to make sure that any size fits tight and is secured inside especially with the inner strap that really holds the laptop tight and prevents any movement. The case has plenty of pockets for practically any related supplies: pens, notes, mice, USB Flash Drives, the laptop Power Supply, etc. It also has a firm adjustable shoulder strap with a shoulder pad for carrying comfort. You just can't go wrong with this one, and I guarantee that it will fit any laptop within the 17.5" range. I highly recommend this product!! nice laptop case
This case works really well with my 17" laptop. It fits with a little room to spare. The strap holds the laptop in place so it isn't floating around. There are enough compartments to hold my travel mouse and my power cords. There isn't much room for folders of paper. A few pieces of paper fit really well. The only con I can see is that it could be a little bit more padded on the bottom. Otherwise a really good case.
